We have a passion for problem resolution

Pampa Sur is a small management firm based in Spain, although we work on a world-wide basis.

Pampa Sur specialized in Turnarounds, Transformations, Business Process Management, Process Automation, Process Integration, and System Implementation projects.

A little bit of history

Our name comes from the Pampa region in Argentina, where we first discussed the grounding of our company. We got inspired while watching the Gauchos.

Gauchos are skilled and brave horsemen who, for centuries, have ridden the Pampa region. Their ability to survive with limited resources under harsh conditions, adapting themselves to a daily reality using their knowledge, a knife, and some self-made tools, was a revelation. Their survival has always needed an element of flexibility, ingenuity, and craftsmanship as we also have in every assignment we face.

 

About us

We consider ourselves as troubleshooters that truly think out of the box. That is because we like to face problems and solve them in any hostile environment, in any difficult situation. Problematic situations are our natural environment because we really enjoy finding a solution that brings the best results.

In this role, we take a hands-on holistic view of the symptoms and problems and, using our skills and experience, quickly provide insight into what might be the problem and what might be the possible solutions. We always track progress through meaningful KPIs.

 Our approach is to use a framework rather than a prescriptive method allowing flexibility and sound judgment to be incorporated into our roadmap.

As Engineer with a background in Business Administration, I have more than 20 years working in a wide variety of companies from supply chain, goods production, industry, food and beverage, and technology in relevant positions from where I have been adding value and bringing stunning results.
During the last 10 years of experience, I have been part of successful Turnaround projects through business processes management methodology. I base my job on well-founded business knowledge and a lot of common sense specially focused on simplicity and communication.
I provide troubleshooting support to identify the real issues behind business challenges with peer support for customer-centric change programs. As well as bringing seasoned business advice.
I can evaluate, develop, improve, and implement processes very fast and efficiently, getting visible improvements in a short period of time and achieving results in a professional and friendly working environment. I also have a suite of tools that can help define strategic plans and run business change projects and programs.
In my professional career, my goal has been always focused on functions where I make decisions that affect and shape the future of organizations. I make all the decisions with a previous evaluation of all the implications they will have on the whole context of the organization and stakeholders.
In general, I am confident that I provide experienced professional skills to work in a real partnership focusing on getting the business benefits.

Born in Ipswich, I have British and German citizenship. I began my career in Systems Analysis and specialized in Supply Chain Networks, eventually moving to senior international positions in general management. Being multilingual and adaptive to different cultural environments, I have worked in a wide variety of industries, with expertise in business transformation and systems-driven change management. I am solid in the board room and effective on the front line. I have successfully carried out troubleshooting missions which require that ‘extra mile’.

During the last decade, I had been working on turnaround projects with a focus on new strategies, finance, control, processes, and sustainability plans. I have large experience in accountancy, tax, payroll, financial analysis, reporting, controlling, KPIs, implementation of ERP, and design/optimization of administrative and financial processes.
I am a result and driven oriented person that knows how to create value for each project. I can cope with the pressure of challenging objectives and deadlines. I have a solid background in negotiation and deep knowledge in all the functional areas of a company. I had led cross-functional and multicultural teams around the world from all the organization levels.

I am focused on the realization of different traditional and digital graphic designs where effective institutional or advertising communication is the most important goal.
I have created and developed multiple company designs from websites, newsletters, product catalogs, presentations, digital memory to corporate identities, brochures, posters, or vehicle graphics, among others.
I also have a company of artisan printing press dedicated to the printing of ephemera and products for sale.
